What is dark energy? What and where is the dark matter? What physics lies behind the most energetic processes in the Universe such as supernovae, gamma-ray bursts and black holes?
Introduction
The Oskar Klein Centre for Cosmoparticle Physics at Stockholm University (OKC) was founded by the Faculty of Science in 2008. The Centre is an independent entity of the Faculty with a Steering Group appointed by the Vice-Chancellor of the university.
The aim of OKC is to answer to fundamental questions of cosmology, such as, what is dark energy? What and where is the dark matter? What physics lies behind the most energetic processes in the Universe such as supernovae, gamma-ray bursts and black holes?
If you want to know more and learn about the different research projects carried out at OKC, please check out the website: http://okc.albanova.se
