Thought I'd write a quick little post on essential oil safety...Once again, nothing proves to be "quick" or "little" here! These are important guidelines to keep in mind when working with essential oils.
(The first oil I got in my eye? Just a hint of geranium. :D So glad I knew #2 on the list!)

I wrote what I intended to be a quick dilution guide, but it turned into quite a list of why we should dilute essential oils when applying to the skin. It's something I only vaguely knew about at first, and I'm so glad I've learned about how important it is! Oh, and of course, here's HOW to do it too.

Today I wrote about how much essential oils mean to me...and how much they shouldn't mean to me. :) Some of you will instantly know what I mean. It takes discipline, but I've learned to intentionally devote myself, my work, and hobbies to God. I love essential oils, but they come waaaay after God in the pecking order!
