It is like having your own personal chef that makes you delicious meals out of only healthy ingredients. I do their meal plan. This place is for people who want great healthy food.

Asked my doctor for some assistance with a weight loss menu. I was recommended to eat "cleanly" and strive for more small meals daily. She also recommended the Fit Body Bistro since she knows I'm not much of a cook and have a busy daily schedule. The Fit Body Bistro is a fantastic way to eat clean and gluten free too. The staff is friendly, starting with the owner. The food is delicious and quickly prepared. There's a lot of thoughtful touches to the incentives for frequent eaters and I've found myself eating there quite a bit since I started dieting. the good news is that my weight is down, the costs are the same as if I was a cook and the convenient locations and smiling face I get each time make it a new favorite. Try it out, it's a great way to portion too.

Came for lunch. Yes, the menu contains many healthful items. However, the place is small, staff was unfriendly, and atmosphere is more of a Subway like environment. I actually like Subways environment more. Seating was very uncomfortable. When you arrive there is no clear indication as to how to order or to whom to give your order. After a few minutes you figure out you have to stand on a line where there are menus placed on a counter (very small print). After a while someone takes your order. Then you go on another line to pay. and place your beverage order. There is a charge of $1.25 for water. We ordered a "large" bowl of vegetable soup ($10.00). Yes, the soup was placed in a LARGE bowl, but it was barely one cup. Yes, fresh vegetables were used, however way too much pepper in my opinion. They ran out of large spoons and when I mentioned it, the assistant saw there were teaspoons there so said to me, "We're all out of tablespoons." She wasn't about to get any at that point. I went with a friend and our orders got mixed up. They ran out of one of the items and neglected to tell us and served the dish without telling us so we could get something else. (Also, they were out of forks which when I mentioned this, I did get the forks. My salmon was tasty, the vegetables were good. However, because of the environment, service, and altogether uncomfortable feel to the place I doubt I would go there again. For the prices charged, I guess I would expect something of better quality. They have a very good idea serving healthful gluten free meals, but unfortunately in my opinion they fall way too short on presentation and SERVICE- there really isn't any. When I mentioned to the manager that the soup was rather too peppery. He just nodded. Not a word. For what we paid we could have gone to Seasons 52 and eaten healthfully. I
