TOWNHOUSE PROJECT IN FINAL STAGE
9 March 2015  |  Dandenong Leader, Melbourne

The seventh and final stage of the Sunland Group's Carré Residences development in Springvale has hit the market.

The project in Osborne Ave, Springvale, has so far been very popular, with all 180 townhouses from the previous six stages sold out since the project began in mid-2014.

Sunland Group managing director Sahba Abedian said townhouses in the final stage of the development ranged in size from 127sq m to 214sq m, with prices starting from $529,000.

The introduction of a new home design was a feature specific to the last stage of the development, and it has a striking asymmetrical facade, 171sq m of luxury open-plan living space, three spacious bedrooms, a study and two bathrooms, he said.

"We will be releasing up to 25 of these home designs in this final release of Carre Residences to further diversify the elegant typography of the architectural landscape," Mr Abedian said.

The broader townhouse collection at Carre Residences features a range of three and four-bedroom designs, some with a study, two or three bathrooms, a private courtyard and a single or double garage. Homes include luxury finishes, high gloss cabinets, stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances and bronzed mirror splashbacks in the kitchen. Each home is delivered complete with front and rear landscaping, as well as fencing.

Located just minutes from Springvale's key retail and transport hubs, the masterplanned community is designed around a central park, which is within walking distance of every home.

Mr Abedian said the success of the vibrant new enclave was the result of meticulous master planning and sophisticated architectural home designs to create an elegant, connected community environment.

"The level of design detail with every home extends into the surrounding community, so that every aspect of living forms part of a larger, harmonious balance," Mr Abedian said.

"The 3500sq m central park is located within 200m of every home and will feature areas for relaxation, play, and barbecue and entertainment areas and will be connected to the wider enclave by a series of landscaped green streets." The on-site sales office at 51 Osborne Ave, Springvale, is open Wednesday to Friday from 11am to 3pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
