It's been scientifically proven that women have a 9% higher pain tolerance than men, but women tend to feel colder than men because of their body fat distribution, so maybe an ice challenge changes things.

Also the element of competition seems to only have been added at the end, and that could have an impact on results as well.

It would be interesting to see how the results change when you change the variables.

I think my mom still has this on VHS somewhere. This was one of my faves as a kid.

Pitching your company to do more video? Not every company / manager or boss "gets it" so this presentation will help you get that opportunity / buy in.

Last week, Google blew our minds when they said 3xx redirects no longer lose PageRank. Cyrus is here to give you the low-down on what this means for SEO.

Awww I envy your connection with your African riots. I'm American, and learned I'm mostly from Cameroon/Congo thanks to AncestryDNA (Christmas gift from husband). There's some Gana in there too.

This was such a great video. Felt like I learned so much and it really made me smile. You two are awesome <3

Just realized your refrigerator says SMEG and it reminded me of Red Dwarf so I laughed for a solid minute.

The thwarting offer a nice place for events. It's not a big place, but it had multiple levels and a beautiful 1920s style. Plus, they allow caterers to serve food. Parking isn't too bad. There is street parking with Park Mobile App and multiple parking lots nearby.

The room is nice and clean. The breakfast was fabulous. They had an station, waffles, meats, eggs and an assortment of fruit and yogurt including plain yogurt. Which no one ever has plain yogurt and I always wish they did. They also had oatmeal, and the staff brings you whTever drinks you want. He internet in the rooms is good. Very comfortable. Nice and quiet.

The Westin is lovely. It's restaurant s and shops are great and it's attached to the mall by skywalk. The staff are great. I didnt stay in a room at the Westin because they were overbooked. All the food at the conference was good, but the smoothie shots really stood out and made me interested in purchasing the full size version from the cafe. My only complaint is that the outrageously priced. A glass of wine or cocktail will set you back $11-12, lunch options are around $14 per meal, at dinner sea scallops come to $36 and steak is $43.

The hotel was nice and clean and the people were pleasant and helpful. The place was a little run down in area like the gym. There were towels hanging off the machines and no sanitizer. The treadmill was out of order and no remote to turn on the TV. The elevators were out of order, and they struggled to get my room key to work. They must have had satellite TV because the screen would go black every once in a while, but the picture was nice and clear and the audio was good, so it must have been affected by the weather. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and courteous, and dropped is each off at our designated terminals. I would still recommend the place because the people are nice and they kept everything clean, but of you have accessibility concerns call ahead to make sure they can accommodate you.

I don't know what happened to their food over the past few years. It used to be so good I would have recommended it, but I would not recommend it after today. The both the beef lo mein and the deluxe chicken with vegetables in white sauce were bland and oily. I overheard them talk about being low on supplies, but the place was empty except for one other customer. Besides they should warn customers if the food is going to be lacking. FYI - They don't take cards, but they have an ATM.
