After articling with the law firm Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt and being called to the Bar, I went on to work for Merrill Lynch in New York and Scotia Capital in Toronto in both Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions . I completed J.D. & MBA degrees at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. I launched eQuibbly.com in 2012 to help people resolve disputes online.
