+Jennifer Knott Congrats on the defense! I’m actually studying adjunct onboarding for my diss and would love to read yours. How can I get a copy—thank you in advice!

+Carmen Weaver In papers I've written before, and in the videos, they say not to indent the first line of the abstract. However, the example of an outline that's posted shows the first line indented. Which is correct? Thank you!

+Carmen Weaver ARG! I added you to my Mendeley group, so hopefully you can now view my articles/annotations. The bad news is that my articles are in the group twice. I'm not sure why.

I've used APA more than any other style in my research papers, but I have to admit that it's been a long time since I've looked all the way through a style manual (I usually just go to The Owl if I have a question). I learned a lot!

Anyone who is familiar with Mendeley, can you help? +Carmen Weaver I am SO sorry for the ridiculous number of questions I have about this assignment. I'm even getting on my own nerves!

The good news is that, on my desktop version of Mendeley, everything is great. The citations are APA style, etc. However, when I try to export, it saves the information to a .bib in my documents and I can't open it. The only option that seems to work for exporting is the ability to email each document. I don't know if this is an issue with my computer or an operator issue.

On the web version, it doesn't look like there is an APA option. (The help screens say to set up APA on the desktop version).

If someone is following me, can they see my desktop version or only the web version? Again, I can't seem to figure out how to export from the desktop--but the web version isn't correctly cited. ARG! Thanks in advance!

+Carmen Weaver I was able to set up my bibliography in APA format--yea! Question: I have my articles. I'm making notes in Mendeley for each article (in the "notes" tab for the article) answering the questions. When I'm finished, I will have the bibliography, the articles themselves, and then the notes for the articles. Is this what I send to you? Thank you!

+Carmen Weaver  I hate to show my ignorance with this question, but I also hope the answer might help someone else! I'm using Mendeley for the first time. If I have saved my articles into Mendeley, can I assume that part 3 of the rubric (Each entry includes all citation information authors, date, title, journal, volume, number, pages, etc.plus information on where the article is located (link, database), an uploaded copy if available, and the abstract) is taken care of by the management software? I'm confused because I assumed the bibliography would be APA style, using the software is throwing me off a bit. Thank you!

+Katie Frulla congratulations!!!!!!!
