After 6 days +EverythingMeis not bad but had a few flaws and a few disappointments and a couple nice adjustments.

1.there seems to be no way to uninstall an app from the home screen instead forcing you to its app info page to uninstall.

2. The prediction bar is nice but limited to only a few apps and it is not always easy to move the clock out of the way some they share the same space.

3. It periodically crashes for reasons I have yet to determine.

4. The smart folders are better than they used to be but there are still groups of apps that don't belong in certain categories, and the suggested apps take up lots of space and sometimes even include apps you already have in your folder so... no personalization there.

I'm going to continue to use it as planned for the next few weeks to see if there are other issues or hopefully improvements.

I would kill for the option to reconfigure the menu on my pebble. I don't need the alarms or music controls from pebble as high on my list as my multi timer and #musicboss

Interesting conversation with the +Seidio  folks today who admitted that they do not actually intend to cover your phone if damage occurs. Only certain details are considered manufacturers defects and they will only replace the case if something happens. I see +LifeProof  at least offers additional #waterproof  coverage? Does anyone make a #waterproofcase  for the #galaxynote3   that they'll stand behind?

Linda: The OBEX case has a 90 day warranty but if you register the product online, it extends the warranty to 1 year

me: And that covers what exactly? the case? the phone?

Linda: The warranty covers the case for manufacturing defects
However the warranty does not cover the phone
Additional information on our warranty can be found here: seidioonline.com/Articles.asp

me: but then how can you garuntee that it'll protect the phone
if the case malfunctions I've lost much more $ than the case cost

Linda: Before installing the case to your phone, we suggest that a water test be performed

me: that doesn't answer my question
if the case malfunctions within the parameters what's to back up your claim of waterproofness
what's the submersive depth? the site describes it as continuous submersion

Linda: When we say manufacturing defects we mean if you have an issue with the sound or screen sensitivity. Things along those lines.
The case can be submerged under water up to 2meters deep for 30 minutes at a time

me: and so what i'm saying is if the water sealing factor demonstrates a defect that doesn't count?

Linda: If water is able to get into the case somehow, we would cover the case. Unfortunately Seidio is not liable for the phone itself

me: Interesting, I wonder how many people know that. I'll have to point it out
What is the point of claiming waterproof than if Seidio can't stand behind it?

Linda: We do stand behind our products but it does state on our website that Seidio's warranty does not cover the phone.

me: then that's not standing behind the consequences of their actions. Faulty case results in more than broken case.
?

Linda: There are many factors that may cause a phone to not work properly. Since we are unable to determine the reasons of why the phone may suddenly not work, we are not liable for the phone itself. Other companies have warranty on their products as well but is not liable for the phone either. I'm sorry that you feel that we do not stand behind our products but we do. This isn't just the warranty on the waterproof case but the overall warranty for all of the products.

me: however other products don't claim "waterproof"
Lifeproof for example offers a replacement plan for their waterproof products

Linda: Yes their warranty covers their products but not the phone

me: Liar liar pants on fire

I’ve discovered what should be an awesome #lockscreen app that turns the lock screen into my own personal welcome screen!
#homebase
But with too many ads and loading flaws I can't recommend it yet
