Really enjoyed the jerk chicken. Cooked very well and full of flavor. Pretty good sized portion too. Enough to take home for a snack later.

This place would of been a OK if i had not visited Cali n Titos in Athens first. Also the fact that the waitress ignored me the whole time made it worse. I could not figure out why she attended every table except mine. The tables are placed close together no reason why she could forget, I still left a decent tip after the horrible service, but I will most definitely not be visiting this location again. Bar is perfect probably the only reason why it even gets 2 stars.

For the price, the food's good. The service is fast and friendly here. I got the veja ropa with yellow rice and the portion sizes were big considering how cheap it was. I wouldn't say Papi's food is top notch, but I don't think that's what they're going for. The veja ropa was flavorful and a solid choice. There's a parking lot behind this Papi's so I had no problem getting here as well.

Another must try Atlanta spot right next to Mary Mac's tea room. Try the sampler platter to get a good feel for what you like. It's deliciously mucho meat and fried everything. It's not too expensive, so it's a great spot to pop in or bring a family to.

Delicious pork sandwiches accompanied with tasty side dishes. Staff has always been friendly and attentive, but get busy during lunchtime. Papi's is a great balance between flavor, portion, and price.

I have been living in Atlanta for quite some time now and being far away from my home country, the one thing one misses the most is one's mother's food. Well at Papi's the food tastes just like home. Jerk chicken with white rice and black beans with a good portion of tostone's is a direct trip to the tropical lands of Latin America. Yes, this is not spicy mexican stuff, this is authentic food that is eaten everywhere south from Mexico and in the Caribbean. Make sure you try out killer cuban sandwiches, the special green sauce for tostones and most definitely, their mind blowing mojitos. Yes these guys know their rum very well so they make the best mohitos in town!!!!

The food here is AMAZING!!! By far one of my favorite places to eat in Atlanta. The servings are generous and well-priced. One of my favorite dishes there is the jerk chicken. The drinks are also very good (Bonus Tip: Make sure Isaiah is your bartender)! Go.There.Now.
