This mall is getting some well-deserved attention since 2006, when the Lifestyle Wing opened. Roughly five years later, Simon had plans to fix up the mall, including the South end, anchored by Sears, J.C. Penney, Jo*Ann's (former Broadway), and the Robinsons-May (later to become a Macy's Men's and Home Store, when the furniture store, located above Jo*Ann's closes this Fall). In fact, Macy's had plans to consolidate two of its three stores into one. In that case, while the Women's store (former Bullock's) remains in its location, undergoing renovation, the Robinsons-May store is planning to convert it into a Men's and Home Store, whilst the original location of the Home and Furniture Store is closing).

I love the variety of stores and their is variety but it's too big as it needs to consolidate just look at south coast mall it has more stores but in smaller walking area so it is possible other than that go.

Everything is all good. It's a very good mall and if you don't like it, then that's your problem. There is a Directory Guide if you're new so it shouldn't be confusing and plenty of stores to go to. I always have a good time when going.

This used to be favorite mall to visit. Whether it was happy hour at Buffalo Wild Wings or shopping at the many stores the mall has to offer, I was here almost every other week. However, on Friday May 3rd 2013, my motorcycle, a 2008 Yamaha R6 was stolen from the parking garage, parked in area close to the stairs, where all bikes park, directly in front of a camera. Now already being upset at finding my motorcycle missing from where I left it, I was even more infuriated knowing that only the director of security (Mr. Cameron Rico of Andrews International) was able to check the cameras, which he wouldn't be working until Monday, therefore I'd have to wait a whole weekend to figure out anything. I wait until Monday and give Mr. Rico a call first thing in the morning, he says he'll take a look at it and give me a call back. I wait until his shift almost over and call him back for him to say, " I checked the cameras, and I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING". I found this really hard to understand considering if somebody stole it, they would have to lift it on to a truck or van, and for him not be able to see this even more frustrated me. I was even more upset and asked him if he saw anything at all?? He replies nothing, me never entering and parking, no suspicious vans or trucks, and me not standing there with the police for an hour filling out a police report. I asked so the cameras don't work, or you guys had a 7 hour blind spot (2p to 9pm)? He replies "apparently it was a blind spot". I find this to be BS. They have a great security (I know I've seen them in action), cameras all over and nobody saw anything. Worst for me is knowing that only this one person, the director of security can review the cameras, I am not able nor anyone else is allowed to view footage of my own property being stolen on their premises. The asst. mall manager Keith Ragadio assured me that "these things happen" and the director did his best looking at the cameras. The corporate office of Andrews International Security has not returned any of my voice mails. I can not afford a lawyer to help me look into this, and the detective from Torrance PD is only going based off what information the security is giving. Therefore this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had to deal with and do not feel safe or secure taking any automobile or especially another motorcycle and will not be visiting this mall anymore. NEVER AGAIN, BIKERS BEWARE!

This mall is stupid, theres no good stores, customer service is terrible in any one you go into, selections are bad, and its very overpriced, the secruity is even worse, i was charging my phone so i could find my mom and they told me to leave the mall. Your way better off going two miles down the street to galleria. They actually care about their customers.
