The multi-monitor support in MacOS is absolutely horrendous. That alone makes me not want to use a Mac when I actually need to get work done.

Verizon noted that it would own AOL's "premium portfolio of global content brands, including The Huffington Post, TechCrunch, Engadget, MAKERS and AOL.com."

Yet another reason I prefer Android over Apple. Across the board, Apple is very much acting as a gatekeeper, heavily - and sometimes arbitrarily - restricting what owners can and can't do with devices. Apps have to go through a ridiculous review process, and whole categories of apps are completely banned, often just because they compete with Apple solutions - even when those solutions aren't profit centers. It's only been just recently that you could use 3rd party keyboards in iOS, a feature that's been in Android forever. The watch face thing is the same issue - Android wear welcomes 3rd party watch faces, Apple bans them. I don't understand how loyalists defend this kind of policy.

If Google Fi refunds you for unused bandwidth, and charges you for going over your cap at the same rate as data up to your cap, why do you have to choose a bandwidth allotment at all? Why not just say it's $20 + $1/100M can be done with it? That seems to be the end result, Google is just phrasing it in an unnecessarily complicated way. It's not like they need you to estimate their usage so they can budget bandwidth - they have all the usage data they need as a carrier. It makes no sense to me.
