Another "Edtech Transformation" initiative bites the dust: https://buff.ly/2CdQLbe; My take? Deterministic, as ever, a top down approach where changes to systems are supposed to cause learning. Affordances approach much better - focus on the relationship between learners and tech

Nice idea? ‘Education Exchange’ Will Pay Teachers for Reviews of Ed-Tech Products' https://buff.ly/2EHDPry; Sceptical. Need to aim at teachers needs, not schools - THEY make the difference (hence my techtrumps.co.uk approach :-)
