Laziest waiters and waitresses ever. All they care about is the tip that they get left behind of which I left none. They just lounged around and ignored you for most of t he service until the mess on your table became obvious. By the way, Google Local's grading scale for Food is a bit biased towards higher numbers. In all honesty, their food should be considered a bit more than tolerable and should by no means be considered good. Onwards to the food portion. The food at best could be described as a bit confused. Most of it is cooked typical CA Asian style: cooked too well (burnt, overflavored, etc...) or not cooked well enough (raw, bland, etc...). Some of the food that is served there is either too flavorful or not flavorful enough and they emphasize a lot more on quantity than on quality. Well in all honesty considering it is a Chinese buffet that's obviously the aim. The only things in there to eat that were of note were the crab legs. They had prepared the crab legs and brought them out of the kitchen at a breakneck pace and were quickly devoured by the hungry patrons, but they were not all that good to begin with. The bottom line? This restaurant is just a Chinese buffet for those of you who just want to gorge yourself on mediocre Chinese food for a decent price.

LOVE this place. For $11/person for dinner, you got the standard buffet items, small crab legs, small raw oysters (not too fresh), sushi, Mongolian grill, Cantonese noodles, Chinese Congee, and probably steaks (grilled to order). It far exceeded my expectation! However, the servers were a bit slow to take away my plates and refill my soda. I ate at this buffet over 5 years ago. I was traveling through the area again and this place did not disappoint me! Good job! Highly recommended!

Feeling hungry for more food? Dragon buffet is by-far, one of the most popular buffet places in the Capital District of NY. The place has everything from Chinese food to some selections on American food, Sushi, and they also have a Mongolian Grill. The Mongolian Grill is all you can eat as well, but just one bowl of their noodle soup already fills you up. Everything looks fresh, especially the Mongolian Grill, since they make the dish right in front of you. My plan is always go for the hot food first, then the sweets, and then fruits to end the day. If you come here, make sure to bring your loose pants, because you will be doing some serious eating. For under $10, you can stuff your face as much as you like during lunch time, and dinner is less than $15, so this place is not to shabby if you ask me. If you know you will have a large group, this would be the place to bring them. They’ll thank you later for inviting them and they would be coming here again.

The best Chinese food buffets in the Capital District. Food is good quality. 80% of the buffet never changes, so if you like the food you get there, there is a good chance it is there when you go back. Chef also makes dishes for you with your ingredients (usually referred to as a Mongolian grill) and they also have good sushi. Wait staff it typical of the place, they aren't always asking you if you need anything, but take care of your drinks when they need it.
