This hotel would have been perfect if it had the correct answers about parking vs their concierge 22.00 fee to park your car next door for you. The late night agent specifically told us to parkin the lot on the corner over night at it would be free. The next day we went to get our car and the lot tried to have our car towed. We talked to the female front desk agent who refused to give us the corporate number or get her manager and yelled at us calling us liars. The room ducked. Your better off at a motel 6 than this place. Sure the room is check but al the towing fees and other incidentals incurred could easily have placed us in a Hilton. Never go here. Horrible customer service.

I stayed here for two nights, Friday the 30th and Sat. the 31st of May, 2014. The location was perfect for our event at DIsney Hall, but there is an nightclub in the first floor of the hotel. The bass from the music made it impossible for me to sleep. When I came down at 1am to demand either that the music be turned down or that I not have to pay for my accommodation, the very nice clerk said he would ask to have the bass turned down. I think there might have been a little improvement, and in any case I finally got a few hours sleep. The next morning another very nice clerk said that she had heard that I had complained, and that a manager would be calling me on Monday. I tried to get a few more hours sleep before I checked out, but even that was sabotaged: there was a leak in the room above me and I was woken repeatedly to ask me if it was leaking in my room. Weeks later I have yet to hear from a manager. There's better options nearby, no reason so book here.

This place is a nightmare. They gave me a room with cigarette smell, and when I walked in the room, there were Cockroaches both in the room and the bathroom. I asked for another room, they gave m e a similar room. Hallways are dirty as well, unclean bed sheets. I would never go back.

The WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD, the people will literally go into guests rooms, looking to sniff their panties, or steal. It happened to me and my girlfriend. One of the persons name is James Lane, also gay...please don't stay here!! This place is garbage!!

I left my room key in the room then the manager sent a housekeeper to check my belongs to identify me before giving me a new key. However, a $100 note flew from my wallet. It was my fault not to go with her to my room. I know nothing can stop you going into this hotel if you don't have much money and it offer you a good price. That is ok, since you don't have money for them to steal neither.

Have been on work for 4 weeks and booked an extended stay. The only reason is I get paid a very low per diem and this was the only hotel in my budget in the downtown area - about 10 mins walk from the Financial District where I needed to commute for work. For the price, I would give it 3.5 stars of 5. As others have pointed out, majority of the staff is polite and helpful. One can forgive the odd one - and I can say this because I stayed here for 4 weeks. The room is extremely small and crampy, old beds, worn out bedspreads and bedsheets, but clean nonetheless. They do your bed on a daily basis, and entertain most requests. I needed a hot-plate and a microwave since I am very picky about food and prefer to cook - they had no issues at all providing me with that. Internet sucks, video streaming is blocked, pretty slow - but for $5 for the entire stay - it's manageable if all you do is reply to e-mails and do random browsing. Overall - decent place. I would have preferred a bigger room for a little more - but they don't have that option. If you are in the downtown area, and need a place to stay for a couple of days, this is definitely doable. Worth considering on a tight budget, and other hotels in the downtown area will not even entertain the request for a hot plate.

Was able to book a room with two double beds but such a room doesn't exist. Broken appliances and terrible TV. Old food found under bed. Price far to high for the rooms available and this was a deal for a convention even. Don't use this hotel.
