We were placed in a section of building that wasn't even finished yet. In the mornings, there was no hot water for showers. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The vending machine ate my change late at night and when I finally got an item, it was open and rotten. Was not worth $133/night. Location wasn't very good. No cafe at this hotel.

It's definitely no frills here. Ita a bit funky and the one wing we stayed in was under renovation and unfinished. The hallway was not yet painted like the rest of the hotel and the rooms had no room number on then yet. We had room 404 and seriously could not find it! Anyway, once they helped us find the room, it wasn't terrible. Everything was pretty clean and well-stocked. We did find a dying cockroach in the corner of the room, however. Also, we got a late check-out and were running a little late on that. At 12:15, one of the maids knocked once, said "guys...", and proceeded to open the door without an invitation and despite the do not disturb tag on the door. I know we were a little late on the checkout, but still, privacy and such.

It is ok, if you want to stay a few days and not longer. I found a hair between the towels. WiFi didn't always work well. The parking service is extremely expensive but worked.

It undergone a renovation since the last time I was there. The overall decor is a lot brighter and welcoming. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean. It's a solid place to stay if you want to be close to the convention center without spending exorbitant amounts of money.

Staff was helpful. Room was sparse and cramped. Great location to local bars and food. The price felt inflated and not worth it.

Very small rooms. Would not bring up a cot because it wouldn't fit in the room. Clearly meant for 1 person when we tried to fit 2.

This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back! The location is perfect and near to the water where you can take a morning or evening jog! There's many surrounding restaurants to chose from. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the restroom is very nice. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and wants to make sure you have a pleasant stay. This is why we continue to stay at this gem of a boutique hotel!
