If I can drag a file into the stream editor, why can't I copy it (Control C) and paste it (Control V) into the stream editor?

Why are some Second Life user's blogs in Sparks while others aren't?

How does the "Suggestions" system pick who to suggest?

I'm seeing names that appear to be people connected with a gmail account of mine other than my Suezanne one.

When Avatars United existed on of the things I repeated on it was the desire for Avatars United to have conversation capability similar to friendfeed, which this Google Plus system resembles.

The basic friendfeed system is open source, I believe. It's a shame Linden Lab didn't make Second Life users a system similar to friendfeed or G+.

I saw an ad in facebook that said "Look Up alumni profiles of your old high school friends from the 1940s ".

If you graduated from high school in 1940 at age 18 you'd be 89 or thereabout. Interesting choice of target age for ads in facebook.

Today is obviously my day to get bizarre emails from Google. One of their product managers just told me to change my profile picture to an actual photo of myself.

Granted, this was a conversation about profile links in search results, rather than Plus itself, but I still find it odd that G wants to put such restrictions on how I represent myself.

It's really annoying having to see geographically based ads, that make you feel like you are being watched, when they're almost all for things that you can't now and won't likely ever be able to afford. It's a double whammy, reminding you that your every move is being monitored, and that you are significantly poorer than the target audience of sites you read.

I should be able to set my "Home Circles", so when I click the Home button, I see a stream made of content from the circles that I want, rather than the public stream.

Of course we should be able to see posts from multiple circles in the stream at one time, rather than All, One, or Incoming.
