First of all, they completely lie about their prices on their website to get you in the door. Second, their sales team is absolutely clueless and very lazy. We asked the fuel tank size on the Silverado and he said 16 gallons instead of offering to look into it for us. We look forward to taking our business elsewhere.

Awesome !! This dealership is the best I have dealt with EVER! Very clean, always someone ready to help if needed. (also leave you alone while your looking at cars) The staff is well they are all just great! From the owner, to Lisa in financial and boy I don't know what I would do if Dave C ever leaves!!!...:( Really if any of them leave. They act like family and they treat their customers like family, (if not better) Thanks again everyone, Your all awesome! Bobbie

Experience with salesperson Louise was outstanding and professional. We shopped around for the car we wanted. Even got a quote from another dealer in the region, then I called D'Ambrosio and spoke to Louise - glad I did as the phone call saved me quite a bit of money. They didn't have the exact model we wanted, but Louise was able to locate it at another dealier during the last weekend of the year. Finance (Lisa) was able to get a loan rate better than what any lender offered on line. Taught us how to use all of the bells and whistles before we left. Car has been fantastic. I recommend anyone buying an GM to contact Louise at D'Ambrosio!

The service department at Jeff D'Ambrosio takes such a personal interest that when I call, I am greeted with "Hi, Mike" before I even say who I am. As quick as I mention my request, I am scheduled for immediate attention. This time, I had a leaking tire and they said bring it in right away. They examined the wheel and found the rim was bent and had a crack; ordered a replacement for the next day; and since I was due for an oil change, scheduled me for service to coincide with remounting my tire. Service is always quick, courteous, friendly, and considerate! This is why I bought my last 4 vehicles at Jeff D'Ambrosio.

2014 Malibu Arrived at dealership after doing my homework and I knew exactly what I wanted, how much I should pay, and the value of my trade-in. Worked with Dave Covington and Tony Iaquinto, they offered up the car I wanted for exactly what I had been expecting. In and out with a new car in less than 3 hours. Done. This is the fourth car we have purchased at D'Ambrosios'....Tony has been there for all of them and Dave has handled the last 2. This is a calm atmosphere showroom with class professionals. Someday I will return, if this amazing car ever wears out!! Thank you to the entire dealership for a great experience.

We were very happy with the warranty work done for our car on its water pump. We had the car at another dealer which refused to replace the pump under warranty even though the car is within the 10 year 100k mile limit. D'Ambrosia looked at the water pump and because the vehicle was under 100k miles replaced the pump as a warranty issue. They were very informative on the phone regarding the work and easy to work with when setting up the appointment. The car was done late the same day it was dropped off and the service tech called asking if they could keep it overnight to allow the RTV gasket material to set up in the warmth of their shop since we were in for 10 degree temps that night. The RTV mfg recommended 12 hours at 50* or above to allow the RTV to cure. That worked OK for us and was the best option since we do not have a warm garage to put the car into. Very glad they thought of this and suggested it so it would cure correctly, we were able to pick up the car the next morning after they pressure tested the system. I highly recommend this service center, we will continue to use them even though they are three times further than the other GMC dealer.

I purchased my 2003 GMC Sonoma from Jeff D'Ambrosio in Oxford, PA in early 2004 & have them perform all of the service on my Sonoma as well as my S10 (truck I owned immediately before the Sonoma). They've been performing all of my service since 2002. They are knowledgeable & always courteous, taking time to explain problems, the reason(s) the problems occur, things I can do to prevent reoccurence of the problem & recommended solutions to me. They are honest, telling me when some service operation needs to be performed vs. whether it can wait. They are also proactive with such things as tire rotations so I don't need to keep track of these things. I give them the highest rating &, when it comes time to replace my Sonoma, will certainly visit them first.
