Got a decent start on the overhaul of a 11' 6" Starcraft boat I salvage last year in June.  Here is part 1 of what are sure to be quite a few posts.  I have gotten better at scoping work, which is to say not missing so much, but I am not yet so good at estimating work, which is to say how much it will cost and how long it will take!  Enjoy.
