Food was great and service was great. I ordered a noodle bowl and the mango rice pudding dessert, both if which were delicious. I was especially impressed by the fact that so much of the menu was nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, wheat-free, and gluten-free, which for me is (all) necessary right now, and such a pain when going to out eat. I would have given it 5 stars except the day after we ate there, both my husband and I had headaches. We rarely get headaches... I thought maybe it was just that I drank sake, which is unusual for me, but my husband had one beer, which is usual for him.... They say there is no MSG in the food, but I am wondering if perhaps there is something else in the food that gave us a headache? If not for the headache I would have given it 5 stars.

Hipster Pho. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, tasty pho. A little pricey for the amount you get but they seem to use quality ingredients.

Food is very good. NO MSG makes it even better. I did not get thirsty (signs of MGS) after eating here. Yes, the price is high but all the restaurant in Boulder has about the same price also..if you are looking for lower price, stop complaining, and drive to Denver. I like the concept of no tipping, very unique and different.

Watch out: take out requires additional cooking. Also, way overpriced

I have had a lot better pho noodles. The noodles where a little strange and the broth needed more flavor. Pricey too.

On my most recent visit, I enjoyed a veggie (chay) pho bowl with some hot ginger tea. I hadn't been feeling well; the savory broth, fresh veggies/herbs, tasty sauces, tender tofu, and hearty noodles were the perfect combination for me. The ginger tea was brewed with real julienned ginger root, and the added honey made it delicious. Atmosphere is pleasant, servers are warm, service is good, value is on point.

This place is very nice. I rarely give out a straight across the board excellence in food, sevice and decor but this place does have it all. I've tried many of pho places (no pun intended) and this fits up there with the best of the in food. Try the Vietnamese coffee, iced or hot. Also try the mango on sweet sticky rice for desert. The restaurant is the size of most coffee shops around town if that helps. Nicely done too. I liked it. The service was so sweet and friendly. I came in right before 9pm and they still took me and waited on me till I was done. The lil' girl told me not to worry about and that I would have the whole place to myself. She said that while smiling and reassuring me that it was okay. I would recommend this place to my friends and family alike. Worth a drop by.

My and my bf went in and it took them forever to even offer a drink, they helped everyone else out, even people that came in after us.. Ive eaten at many of the Pho in denver and this one is really gross. It tasted liked extremly watered down beef broth. So if you go, eat anything else besides the Pho taking a drive down to denver is worth it because after eating here i havent wanted to eat pho ever again.
