Morning all! It is amazing what we all take the granted. Often times it is at the expense of our health. Many people just see food as food and not how certain foods affect our bodies.

Bill Wolcott always said "One man's food is another man's poison". That is why going forwards in the new year I am changing the way I work as an Osteopath as Exercise and Nutrition Coaching as a Naturopath has always been at the center of what I do.
