Very nice campus in a great part of the city. Tuition is kind of expensive but the education for the price is extremely good. Lots of hills on campus, though, so be warned if you're taking a tour; especially if it's rainy or snowy.

Google Margaret Mary Vojtko, this school is a prime example of misguided priorities and hypocrisy in its so-called Catholic "caring tradition". I would give half a star if I could.

Although it's been many years since I received my law degree from Duquesne; it was and I'm sure still is, an excellent university.

Internet access for residents is feeble...had to pay extra to get WiFi from Verizon for daughter to function like a normal. I didn't think modern schools functioned at that level anymore...took me back to my school's service from over a decade ago. Join the modern world! Poor environmental control, and prolonged power failure (necessitating temporary relocation) in Freshman dorm. Next year's dorm looks even worse...ghetto-like qualities from the outside. My daughter was amazed that our school offers campus-wide stress relieving activities for undergraduates associated with finals. Not Duquesne. She's happy enough...academically it seems ok :) Too bad she has to live there.

Google Margaret Mary Vojtko.. She was a professor at this "university" for 25 years and she died in abject poverty due to the shabby treatment she recieved from this university...

terrible place. The Wal-mart of higher education. Just google how they treat their faculty. NPR did an interesting article.
