These hotels and resorts do much more than simply allow pets—they treat dogs (or iguanas, or pigs) like members of the family, with customized amenities, off-leash areas, and even "yappy hours."

The rooms are well appointed and service is attentive. Bathrooms and decor are older, but well maintained. Rooms are quiet compared to the Hyatt Magnificent Mile. Location near the water tower and mag mile is convenient.

I can't say enough about ow great this hotel is! The fitness center has just about everything you could ask for, the location is perfect, the staff is courteous and attentive, and the rooms are beautiful. I love the sliding doors that let you see into the living area from the bathroom. My wife and I could chat while I watched TV and she relaxed in the tub. I stayed at the Michigan avenue Intercontinental a while back and the Park Hyatt is better by a mile. Stay here.

Staying at the Park Hyatt was, for the most part, wonderful. We had dinner at NoMi, and a great afternoon wandering Michigan Ave. The only thing that bothered me was the fact I could not lower the temperature in the room. I understand it was December, and the air conditioning might be shut off for winter, but it was unseasonably warm that night, and the room never got below 75, which was too warm for my preference. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
