Craft beer, masterful charcuterie and local cheese star our first #ParkHyattMasters
event of 2016. The day will begin with a tour of one of Chicago's most up and coming breweries, Moody Tongue led by Brewmaster Jared Rouben. After the tour, the afternoon will continue back at NoMI Kitchen where guests will be met by Greg Laketek, Salumiere from West Loop Salumi and local cheesemonger Matt Whalen who will guide guests through the cheese and charcuterie making process.
