Good location for business and tourism, not the best to enjoy the beach. Fitness center is Sea view and very well equipped Indoor pool is good too..

On okay place to stay. My biggest problem was the bathroom. It's one of those whole room showers with a drain in the floor. When you shower everything gets wet. There no counter space go put anything so you'll end up putting all your toiletries on the floor. Our view of the parking garage was less than ideal. The toilet had a slow constant leak which you heard drip throughout the night.

Excellent hotel, wonderful service from the whole staff, especially Alberto in Front Desk who is perhaps the kindest person I've ever met. Thank you for all your help. The hotel is clean, perfectly situated near the water at the base of the hill. We enjoy our small vacation a lot.

Terrible even in the context of a power outage. We had the misfortune of arriving on the day of the power outage. The room was relatively clean, but the hotel is located in front of the cruise ship port. This is great if you are booking the night before or after a cruise, but if not you have to deal with loads of tourists pouring out of the ships. It makes for horrible traffic, hiked up restaurant prices and drunken crowds. The pool in the hotel is much tinier than the picture. The staff continuously mislead us about the blackout situation and then lied to priceline about offering relocation during the disaster. I would not recommend this place if not taking the cruise.

Location is across from the cruise terminal - BUT - make sure your cruise line sails from there if booking for proximity. The other cruise terminal is a short taxi ride away. The location of this hotel in old San Juan is perfect - we walked everywhere and had some amazing local cuisine. Hotel itself is nice with clean and.

I was having issues with my check-in when I arrived since I did everything online before traveling. The employee that attended us at the lobby front desk had terrible customer service. When we first arrived, instead of welcoming us with a "Hello, how can I help you"? or anything as simple as "Hello, are you guys checking in"?, instead she just stood there and watched us stand there until I said something. She then didn't want to explain properly or assist us with solving the issue. The hotel doesn't have parking, you have to park in the garage across the street which cost 25 bucks a day. I ended up checking out after one night and switching hotels. Terrible customer service (except for the manager).

The location and view were great. Our window and the restaurant opened right in front of the cruise port, amazing scenary. It was only a short drive to where we were headed in San Juan. The bed was extremely comfortable, the staff was very nice and attentive. The reason for the 4 stars and not the 5 was due to the thin walls, heard everything in the halls and from other rooms, and when I say everything, I mean everything. My boyfriend and I couldn't help but laugh.
