Great talk! One thing though, if the "web is meant for everyone", why are nearly all web designers and developers breaking web accessibility so badly?

As kristopher commented, I get the flex timing thing too. Anyone know change the cursor type?

Nice preso; a fun and passionate speaker. Some clarifications/feedback:

-Code validation is great but not directly related to a11y.
-By "headers", I think the speaker means "headings."
-Alt="map" is OK if a long description is also provided.
-Good point on image captions (don't duplicate content; complementary to alt)
-By "alt tag" the speaker means "alt attribute".
-For data tables, scope is good but TH more important which I don't believe wasn't pointed out.
-Don't use table summary attribute; use aria-describedby instead.
-Flash can be accessible on Windows but not on Mac.
-The ARIA is jQueryUI isn't complete/perfect. jQuery Mobile is better last I checked. Best to learn ARIA and not rely on frameworks.
-Great example of position of captions/banding (don't place over video).
-Access keys no longer recommended due to possible interference with commands of assistive tech.
-"We all joing the club" - great point!

Also, provide a text-based version. This is great for SEO, translation, and blind users.
