Indian legal system needs to be streamlined by adopting measures to reduce pendency substantially.   Frivolous and vexatious litigations to be discouraged by imposing costs.  Govt. is a major litigant because it does not respond to the appeal and representations by aggrieved persons. There must be statutory duty cast on the officers to take timely decision, other wise to visit them with penal consequences. The present system of NJAC needs to be re-revisted because Govt. being the major litigant shall not have say in selecting judges. Judiciary will be subservient to Executive...not desirable at all for a society ruled by law.

Love- a struggle in India
Many are in the hangover of the valentine celebration.
I never have written a post on valentine love. May be because I did not think
seriously about love, as an outside expression, but as something inside, making
you feel pleasant and out of this world.  My...
