However, we're still $4,977 short of our $45,000 online fundraising goal for ballot access, which puts New York in danger.
But Libertarian Robert Sarvis for U.S. Senate has filed suit to correct that.

Meet the true champions of liberty in America: the Libertarian Party representatives and candidates for 2014, where real Libertarians convene: The National Libertarian Party Convention in Columbus, Ohio, June 26–29.
Me: The governess' chair will have power if I am sitting in it. I will encourage the people to exercise their power over their public servants.
VT Libertarian Party: Well actually the governor/governess does a lot of ribbon cutting and meal/meeting attending.
Me: Well if I am governess of Vermont, some shit is gonna get done, so the position will have power. I will address the people of this state on a regular basis and encourage them to be empowered. We will get some shit done!
VT Libertarian Party: Maybe you should run for a local office first, like school board or something.
Me: Are you scared to have an empowered, confident, fearless woman running for/sitting in the governess' office?
VT Libertarian Party: I think you should start with a local position.
I had just finished doing an interview with a local college radio show, who reported that their switchboard had never been so "lit up" with callers! We talked about a lot of things, but the most popular topic of discussion was mandatory vehicle insurance, otherwise known as state sanctioned extortion and seat belt laws.
It's a shame....I think we could have a got a lot of positive things accomplished if the vermont libertarian party had chosen to be courageous and back a strong, confident and fearless woman.
Libertarians believe in the American heritage of liberty, enterprise, and personal responsibility. Libertarians recognize the responsibility we all share to preserve this precious heritage for our children and grandchildren.Free and Independent
Libertarians believe that being free and independent is a great way to live. We want a system which encourages all people to choose what they want from life; that lets them live, love, work, play, and dream their own way.Caring For People
The Libertarian way is a caring, people-centered approach to politics. We believe each individual is unique. We want a system which respects the individual and encourages us to discover the best within ourselves and develop our full potential.Principled; Consistent
The Libertarian way is a logically consistent approach to politics based on the moral principle of self-ownership. Each individual has the right to control his or her own body, action, speech, and property. Government's only role is to help individuals defend themselves from force and fraud.Tolerant
The Libertarian Party is for all who don't want to push other people around and don't want to be pushed around themselves. Live and let live is the Libertarian way.
