So, I think someone may have tried to murder me a little bit just now.

I was driving on the freeway, at night on a, in the leftmost lane, doing 70 in a 60, which was just a little bit faster than the other cars around. A car came up behind me and turned on its brights. The car got so close that I thought that it was trying to ram me. It didn't; it just hung out on my rear bumper for a bit, and even shifted to the left to shine their lights through my side mirror. I'm not sure what their motivation was; I was the fastest driver on that stretch of freeway (aside from this maniac), and there was plenty of space for them to pass.
Eventually, the car pulled back, moved to the right, and disappeared for a few seconds as it moved around other cars to my right. It then quickly moved into my lane immediately in front of me and hit its brakes. Since I was not able at that point to brake faster than they were braking, I had to swerve to avoid hitting their rear. I could not swerve to my right at that moment, as another car had moved into that space. I swerved left into the shoulder, coming very close to hitting the wall. The maniac-driven car then zoomed ahead and to the right, disappeared into the night in a confusing puff of nonsensical rage.
Maybe they weren't actually trying to kill me, as that particular method of doing so risked their safety also, and most murderers don't try to die in the process of killing people. Or maybe they really were trying to kill me, but didn't put the proper rational thought into the process. Either way it certainly seems that they were trying to cause an accident at freeway speeds, which must at least be assault with a deadly weapon.
I have never regretted more that I have not yet installed forward-facing missile launchers on my car. I need to get on that shit. Cause now this person is going off uncontrolled into the world, and is liable to impulsively try to kill some other person for no apparent reason. I don't want that to happen again.

I am very pleased with my Nightwing costume. Except maybe the mask. The mask needs work.
