When you are smoking a Boston Butt you will want bring the temperature of the meat to 200-205 to make it easy to pull. Low and slow for a good 12 hours.

I have love using apple wood pellets and every few hours misting with an equal part of water and apple cider vinegar.

Cozy Cafe - The first item in the breakfast menu is the Cozy Mess. This is a nice build starting with crispy shredded hash browns, diced ham, chopped bacon, sausage, green pepper, onion, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and topped with 2 eggs made to order. Choice of toast. If you deem naughty you can have it smothered in sausage gravey. Good stuff! When breakfast is on your hunger- stop by one of the many locations.

I am ready for winter.  I smoked 8 butts in 15 hours. 5 hours on the smoker at 220 then in the oven till they reached 200. Then vacuum sealed the pulled pork in 1 pound bags. #traeger #pork #butts #shoulder #bbq #barbecue
