Traeger was fired up with a mix of hickory and apple today. She held steady at 240 till the ribs did a bender. We ate like kings and will be dreaming with a full belly.

What are you planning to throw on the Traeger this weekend? I've got ribs on my agenda. Let's hear it and see it!

Very good sushi here. I was very happy to see the great quality of ingredients. The rice was very flavorful. The fish tasted great. I was very happy after the meal. This is one of only a few places that serves the good ginger. It was very pale in color almost white. The pink stuff is the mass produced pickled low grade stuff.

The Leaning Tower atmosphere has a very small town-ish feel, with a small, outdated dining area that's usually not very clean. Other than the pizza, which is pretty consistently good - the menu is barely worth mentioning. Appetizers from the freezer, salads are plain iceberg lettuce, etc. The service is never outstanding, and often horrible. They under-staff the place, and the servers they have are typically high school kids who don't know what they're doing. The last time we went there, the service was so slow we ended up leaving before anybody could get around to taking our order. The ideal meal at Leaning Tower is to call in your order and take the pizza home to eat.

Move way over Chipotle. Pancheros you have a new threat on the block with a local burrito place with tons of options. From the choice of tortilla, beans, rice, meat, veggies, and cheese. When you are all done with that you have 6 different salsas, 3 different sour cream flavors, and guacamole. Not enough for you- well there is even more little things to add! Here is what I had- Flour tortilla, black beans, white rice, shredded beef, peppers and onions, cheddar cheese, medium tomato jive, plain sour cream, cilantro, and jalapenos. This was a huge burrito- It was all rolled neatly and weighed a little more than a pound. Give the Bandit Burrito a try. You will not be disappointed.

PF Changs is one of those interesting and fun places to eat. They have a huge variety of Chinese / Cantonese dishes with some variations to throw you back in your seat. They also have a large selection of wines and drinks. My wife and I started out with a couple appetizers. We tried Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps and the Salt and Pepper Calamari. The Lettuce Wraps were a tasty and refreshing. We agreed that we would get that again. We moved right to the main dishes. I tried the Wok seared Lamb. This was tender and full of sesame flavor. My wife elected to go with the Moo Moo Gai Pan. We enjoyed that as well. This was a mixture of shrimp and chicken in a clear sauce. Service was pretty good and they were relatively busy for a 7:30pm Dinner. I would recommend calling ahead and making a reservation- especially on a Friday and Saturday night. It definitely ranks high in my book for service and taste.

This is my favorite Asian restaurant. I have not had a bad dinner there and I've tried so many different dishes. The Empress Chicken and General Tso chicken are the best in town. The Pad Thai is also very good. Best Hot and Sour soup in town in my opinion. And the owner is the nicest lady. I've never had bad service and have been going there for a few years now.

Teds Coney Island has some good grub. I have eaten there Gyros, Coney Dogs, Burgers, and the Tenderloin. I recommend getting the basket with your sandwich. This includes Fries, Onion Rings, and Coleslaw.

One of the best places to have a steak and a good bottle wine. Everytime I am in town I try to make a visit.
