The wealthiest university in the wealthiest nation [via +Harvard University Faculty memo] has declared "Major Periodical Subscriptions Cannot Be Sustained" and has advised their faculty to publish #openaccess , see below. So the system is broken enough, now, to fix it -- right? The US Congress will pass #FRPAA now that Harvard are too poor for them not to -- won't they?
