One of my favorite topics...meditation. A few minutes of meditation a day can improve your health and well-being. During meditation, your brain releases a few natural happy chemicals. There are drugs that are synthetic that will mimic the natural chemical but the side effects aren't as great. The the natural happy drugs can help increase blood flow, mood, nervous system, and organ function. Take a yoga class or meditate daily and smile daily!
