Another Happy Seller.

This lady lives in California but has a house in PA still. She wasn't able to sell it because the agents commission price inflated the asking price too high. It sat on the market for months until the listing expired.

We're doing a lease option with her for her full asking price. The tenant buyers are great people with great jobs, but had a few dings on their credit from years ago the banks were turning them down for financing. We set them up with this house, and sent them to the credit repair company we work with and mortgage broker and they will be geetting financing in August!

This is a true win-win-win for all involved. The seller gets the prices they want, get massive passive cash flow every month without the typical landlord headaches because the tenant buyers take care of the repairs and treat the house as if they own it. The tenant buyers get this awesome house to stay in and the opportunity to become home owners. And I had the gift to be a blessing to these people.
