This is by far the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with in my life. I had a defective Vizio television that was being replaced and shipped to me from Vizio and they used this company to ship the replacement television to me. Guardian Logistic's first attempt at shipping a television: I received an email from Vizio informing me the Guradian Logistics received my television. I then called Guardian Logistics to schedule a delivery and they said it was being routed and they would contact me when it was ready to be delivered to setup a delivery time. A week passed and I never heard from them. I decided to call them back to see what was going on and they informed me they sent the television back to Vizio because they could not contact me. Therefore, I had to go through the entire warranty replacement to setup another delivery of the television through Vizio. Guardian Logistic's second attempt at shipping a television: When my second warranty television was in the hands of Guardian Logistics, I called them to setup a delivery time and received their standard "item is being routed" response. I was supposed to hear back within a day or two to get a delivery time and never did. Then a few days later I receive a call from them telling me they were on their way to my house to deliver the television. I was not aware of this as I did not schedule the delivery and was not at my house so they told me someone would call me within a day or two to reschedule the delivery. A couple days passed and I never heard from them. I called them every other day for the following two weeks and kept receiving the "item is being routed" response and no one was able to just schedule a delivery date with me. Finally, I get someone to give me a delivery date and time window, between 3-7PM. I make sure I am available the delivery date between those hours. Seven o'clock comes and goes and I heard nothing from Guardian Logistics. I call them the following day and am informed they cannot find the television and will have to call me back if they find it. I call at the end of the day and they say they still have not found it and will have to call the manufacturer to have them send another television. I am not sure how you lose a television but leave it to the fine folks at Guardian Logistics to pull off the inevitable. It has been about a month since this process started and I have still not received my replacement television. WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
