Overrated and overpriced. Food not very good. Extremely disappointed after reading all the great reviews. Ordered the crispy duck over noodles, garlic prawns, and pineapple rice. Received the food no more than 3-5 minutes after ordering - was this precooked? Duck wasn't crispy, quite soggy and fatty. Prawns tasted like they were fried in old grease. Pineapple rice was the only decent dish. Bill for this far below average meal and 2 glasses of wine was $100 (included tip). Service was OK, but not great. Save your money - better places in Vegas - check out the restaurants on Spring Mountain.

Excellent food. Had the crispy duck and green papaya salad. Astounding flavors. However, it took an hour and a half to get and eat this meal. Thirty minutes to get a pot of tea. Waiter was overworked and management wasn't helping. Simply too long of a wait. Sat in a cramped room at the front of the restaurant with paint chipping off the walls. Would like to rate this five star, however, the food alone doesn't make a restaurant.

I am a 3 year loyal customer. Me and my wife come here every time we are in Vegas. We always recommend it to friends visiting Vegas. It is just off the strip and easy to find. Excellent food and friendly service. Plenty of parking. Non rushed service. It is worth it.

It's surprising that there's this high quality Thai food in Vegas. The dishes are actually spicy and very tasty. Also the portions are large and the food is fresh. No wonder there's always a large crowd trying to get in.

One of the best Thai restaurants I've ever eaten at. I tried the dumplings, spicy vegetable soup and yellow chicken curry over two visits and each time every dish was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant for a visit when in town.

One extreme to another. It's a ghetto location but it's put on this pedestal of being the best in North America. Inside has a nice ambiance but how does it compare to other Thai restaurants... it's more expensive 8.95 for 3 egg rolls c'mon it's good but it's no different than most of the Thai restaurants around or that I've been to. It's a good restaurant but best in the North America that's that's a stretch. Don't get caught up on the hype of the restaurant and be honest with its comparisons to other Thai places and you'd probably think ghetto, nice inside, the wait is how long, service too a long time good, look at the wine room, food isnt that diffrrent from (insert name), and I'm paying how much?

I'm sure it would have been good if the whole strip mall had not closed. No more Lotus of Siam! Fortunately, we found amazing food nearby at the Thai Pepper on Sahara and Paradise behind McDs.
