Hello Everyone:

I hope you are enjoying a colorful spring.  I’m surrounded by pink-petaled cherry trees and snow-white pears.  Sunshine fills the forsythia in the garden and the magnolia is tinged with crimson.

Knowing what to do in writing a manuscript is much different from attaining it.  It takes time.  See a few tips at Adventures in Writing.  Please offer a few of your own.  Thanks so much.

Hello Everyone:

I hope you are surviving the spring rains.  The earth’s awakening.  No matter how cold it is, my bulbs want to bloom.

Rain.  It can be a part of camping.  Take precautions when hiking and help children see the necessity to shower afterwards.  Read how at Camping with Kids.  Thanks!

Happy Spring Everyone!

I hope the warmer weather is here to stay in New Jersey.  My crocuses and daffodils are peeking through the ground.

Sometimes writing a book synopsis gives a writer a chance to look at her book as a whole, to be sure that the sections are connected, that there’s character growth.  Please stop by my Adventures in Writing blog to learn of my struggle to put this together.

HarperCollins is seeking submissions in several genres with no agent required.  Memoir is one of them.  It’s called the Wednesday Post.  I plan to submit a book synopsis and the first three chapters.  Wish me luck!
