I've been putting this post off for a while now. Partly because it's a very mormon issue, and not all of you reading this blog will be mormo

This place is a disaster. Trash can overflowing, tables not cleaned, three employees on break, and idle employees standing around goofing off with each other and ignoring customers when they came in. I think the management hasn't been properly trained and it shows in the way the employees treat the customers and the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant. I find it hard to believe that the workers have their food handlers permits, let alone any of the management having current serve-safe certification. You really don't want to have customers making comments about hoping they don't get food poisoning. Whoever owns this franchise needs to know they are throwing their money away. From proper and consistent food proportioning to keeping the restaurant clean, this place shows a serious need for retraining and possibly new management.

For a place famous for their shakes, our peach shakes barely had a hint of peach flavor. Mostly it was just a peach-colored vanilla-flavored shake. The burgers were great, not overcooked or dry, but if I'd seen the cleanliness level of the bathroom and the kitchen that we had to walk past to get to the bathroom before we ate, I'd have walked away without ordering anything. I haven't seen a bathroom or food prep area with that level of squalor since I lived in China.
