I'm a fan of Google's products (i.e., Gmail, Chrome, Android, Voice, etc.), but I admit Google+ is boring. I liked the concept of "Circles", but everything else about the social network seems feature-lacking -- maybe too business-centric. Facebook didn't start out with the thought of attracting businesses. Google's heavily advertising Google+ without adding any new features. It should still be in beta. Gmail was in beta for forever, it would've been a good idea if this thing followed suit.
The one Google+ feature I regularly use is the mobile group IM: "Google Messenger" (former Huddle), which has nothing to do with the main site at all. However even then, in some ways I like the Facebook variant, "Facebook Messenger", better for group IM chat, albeit having never actually used it.
Everything else about Google+ is lacklusting (is that a word?). There's just no incentive for most people to use this, unlike Facebook which is rich in content. I follow less people on Twitter than I do on here, and I see a ton more interactivity there...not counting business pages.
I'll at least say there are some interesting reads you can find on here if you follow the right people/pages that posts things that interest you, and on "What's hot" (https://plus.google.com/hot
I'm doubting many people would read this, which is why I'm posting this on here lol.
