!!!Warning!!! Do not take your vehicle to Main Street for service. The mechanics are incompetent and the owner/manager does not honor the damage done by their shop while working on your vehicle. I took my truck in for a $16 inspection and ended up with a $1800 bill. Upon receiving my truck back another issue popped up that they want another $1200 to fix. This issue was non-existent prior to them touching my truck. The owner will not make the truck whole and refuses to correct the issue that they caused. Warning!!! The will rip you off!

Do an ok job. But VERY VERY slow even when they are not busy. Probably faster to go to Flagship car wash in Reston or Gainsville... And they do a better job.

We took in a vehicle for a oil change, and unknowingly left with an engine shield that was not secure, dangling from not being secured, and missing at least 5 screws/clips that were there when the vehicle was brought in. When the vehicle was brought back to show Main Street how they failed to secure the engine shield, they placed two non-standard screws in (one was a phillips-head screw; the other a flat-head screw) place, and made a promise to order standard screws as a replacement. Main Street had the extra screws, but never contacted us that they did. They refused to offer any type of refund, and the vehicle is still missing two screws needed to properly secure the engine shield. Main Street never took accountability for how they allowed my family member to leave their establishment with an engine shield that was not secured, and hence unsafe. Make your own decisions, but our family will never return to this business.

Honestly surprised by negative reviews, I have only had quality experiences here over the past 2 years. Have gone in for routine oil changes, new tires, inspections, and other work. I have gotten good work, delivered on time, at reasonable prices each time. Employees are helpful in the office and on the phone. Intend to remain a regular customer.

I loved EVERYTHING about this place!! Monica was so gracious enough to walk me around the property and give me great feedback about what I could do with my vehicle in the future. (Yes she was unbiased and even didn't recommend the more expensive packages). I'm so glad that I found a great place to get my car washed out here!

The guy at the front of the car wash pulled out a wrench and took my antenna off. First off, what was that? But he also scratched the paint in doing so. When I spoke to the manager she got angry, did not apologize and went straight to telling me there are signs saying they are not liable. I did not want compensation, just an acknowledgement that what happened wasn't right. Terrible management. Guess others are catching on because the place was empty. Building will make a nice diner someday soon.

They always do a great job and the price is right. They can be a little slow when they aren't busy, but it's worth the wait.

Quoted me a price higher than on Website. When i pointed it out. He said the prices go higher with stains on seats. I said there are no stains on seats. We were both looking right at my seats. He said well, i told him i spilled ice cream. I said but you could never tell if i didn't tell you. He said well what i can do is bring it down to 50 dollars. Still higher than the online price. I said no thanks asked where i can exit. He gladly showed me. Amazing he was willing to miss out on a sale over his blatant lying and five bucks.
