Lazy and sloppy staff. I have been here twice and have seen them do some really weird things. This usually happens when you hire people from one minority group (don't want to sound racist). My last visit I ordered a 1/3 lb burger and waited as I watched an employee with his shirt untucked and his hands down his pants, all in front of the manager. They were talking about something and then that same employee went to fill an order of fries for a customer and he DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS or wear gloves!! I could not believe I was watching this. Stay away from this place!

So we went on National Donut Day and it was in the afternoon and they tell us they are sold out of donuts. I thought this was a "Donut" place. Don't they make donuts? You would think that on a day like this when it would probably be the busiest day of the year for them that they would think ahead and maybe make donuts ALL day instead of just in the morning. I won't be going back. Employees look like a bunch of lazy bums too. They had no donuts and one was out smoking a cig and the other just doing nothing inside.

What a great little place. If not for my wife mentioning to stop by I don't think I would have. The name is a little misleading because they offer a lot more than just smoothies. We had breakfast and were pleasantly surprised with our omelets and the price was awesome! We shared a smoothie and it was good too. Will be coming back for breakfast again soon.

Great food and good service and atmosphere. It's become my 2nd favorite bbq place in the Charlotte area. Parking can sometimes be a pain, depending on time of day, but Moe's is overall a good experience.

Finally tried this place out after hearing some friends talk about it. It's okay. I think for breakfast food it is a bit pricey though. Service was good and the place was busy the day we went. The food was good, just feel as though it was a bit over what I would spend for eggs and pancakes.

We had seen them working on this place for the past month and decided to stop by on a Saturday afternoon. It's just plain burgers, fries, nothing special. Service was just "ok". It seems like they put all their renovations into building the outside deck area but the inside decor was mediocre to say the least. It just looked old and plain. As though all they did was add a bar to whatever was there before and some old table booths. We were really hoping this place was going to be a better experience. They need to remodel the inside and actually make it look special because right now the food is not all that great.

Sorry but this place just wasn't our cup of tea. The setting is nice and being it's on a corner gives it plenty of room to choose from where to be seated. After hearing so many rave reviews from my friends I decided to try this place with my wife for dinner just to see if it lived up to the hype. The good is that the restaurant is really clean and the service was great. The bad... well, nothing really stood out to us on the menu. We couldn't figure this place out or it's cuisine. We guess it's mostly "soul food", but we aren't really familiar with soul food either. For the prices they charge, (which I would say are pretty high for what it serves), the menu includes items like collard greens and fried chicken. How do you expect us to take a restaurant that is charging close to $20+ a plate seriously when fried chicken and pork chops are on the menu? Honestly this place seemed over priced. I thought it was based with a local ministry too, but at these prices I'm sure they are banking. I don't know if we'll ever come back.
