Going to court is a stressful experience.
📍Between the rules, the unfamiliar procedures, and the public exposure of your most intimate life details, most litigants regret the decision to get divorced in court long before the process is done. When you mediate with me, you will get my dedicated attention, the privacy of my office, and my compassion. I not only understand your pain, but I work to help you find relief.
✨ Many clients find divorce mediation to be rather therapeutic.✨

❤️ Prenuptial Agreements are used to determine how to handle debt, reimbursements, and the survivorship rights that you declare in the “until death do you part” statement in your wedding vows.
❤️ Protect yourself, and your soon-to-be spouse and other loved ones (for instance, children from a prior relationship) by clearly defining what you are promising to and expecting from your betrothed.

There are a number of different processes for getting divorced:
🔹A contested divorce in court
🔹A collaborative or cooperative divorce where you settle without ever setting foot in a courtroom.
🔹A hybrid approach where we settle as many issues as we can outside of court and use the court process for the issues we cannot resolve through settlement.
