A wonderful evening. We used a gilt voucher and everything was splendid. It's not 5 stars mostly because for a place that is supposed to be top notch it was only just really good. Service, food, and everything was really good but not the best we've ever had. We'd definitely go again but would be other places we'd try first or return to before coming back. Parking was valet, 15 dollars. Go to the alley behind it where you'd go to the four seasons.

Mediocre steaks, I actually needed some sauce just to give my 35 day aged ribeye some flavor. Wasn't overly impressed by anything that I tried here. Definitely not one of my favorite steakhouse in LA.

I have been to Kobe and eaten their steak, and have been to other restaurants in the states that served A5 Wagyu, and the Japanese Wagyu at Cut was the worst that I have ever had. I have cooked choice beef that tasted better than the Japanese Wagyu at Cut. The porterhouse for two was tasty and tender, but way undersized for two people. Service was friendly and attentive.

I am loving this coffee shop vibe and their business practices. Decor is simple but very Cali-patriotic. Their iced latte is pretty good and they offer flights of their 3 different cold brews. They also offer their cold brews in growlers. How cute is that? Aside from coffee, they offer other items and baked goods from local shops. The barrister I was talking to told me that their manager is really into local partnerships and helping potential great businesses start up. God, I love it when businesses are engaged in the community.Thank you and keep it up Lo/cal!

The best wagyu steaks in LA. It is pricy but if that was a concern you are looking in the wrong place. The side are also very good. Service can be a little mixed, but generally very good. Of note you must request to take home the huge potions of side or they will get tossed quickly.

Let me start by saying service was great. Very attentive and informative. But that was the only upside to our dining experience. It is a little loud with decor being somewhat minimalistic. Our dining chairs were similar to office chairs. We ordered the American Waygu ribeye and my husband ordered the sirloin. They charr the outside but with such a thinner cut of steak we both felt ours to be a little dry and cooked more on the medium side than medium rare. I really didn't get to enjoy the beautiful marbling that was presented when we sat down at our table. We also ordered the brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese. Both sides were good but I feel like I could've gone to a higher end chain restaurant to have the same meal. I would consider this an average meal especially for the price. For a bottle of wine, two steaks, and two sides our total was around $350. I'm a little disappointed because I had higher expectations.

Yeah, I really want to give them 3 or 4 stars, but I simply can't; here is why. Well, let me start with the positive: ambiance, service and quality of food. But the couple of reasons I cannot give them an additional star is this: I ordered the grass-fed fillet mignon, an 8oz cut; my filet for some reason, was cut into two pieces, one piece was the size of a half dollar and weighing approximately 1oz, the other piece was the size of a golf ball, and must have weighed about 3-4 oz. Are you going to tell me that the in the cooking process, my steak lost 1/2 of its weight. Gastro-Science would not agree with that. Additionally, this dinner was meant to be a birthday celebration; which I had mentioned at the time of my reservation. I was not going to order dessert thinking that the birthday-ee was to receive a small little dessert with a birthday message on it on a complimentary basis. But, I soon got the feeling that this was not going to be the case, so I urged the birthday-ee to order a desert so that dinner would feel more like a celebration and perhaps a message would be written on the plate, which it was (at the cost of $16).

Good steak i had very nice experience the workers there are really nice and this place open for 9 years i hope i know that sooner. great bread great steak and great desserts. I like the food nice nice nice!!!
