It is true!! for some reasons we are afraid to see and talk to "homeless" people on the street.

The "Homeless" Man.

I'm the "Homeless" man as you will see.
I don't ask for you to pity me,
Just don't be afraid to talk to me.
The glasses and beard they give me away. I push a cart to start out my day. My stomach it growls, While i look for food to start out my day. I found in a dumpster a slice of bread and some staled meat, along with a brownie to save as my treat.

My day starts to fade from light into dark the rains pouring down with no shelter in sight. I once had a home two children and Wife. It all ended one day when a drunk driver ended there lives.

They call me the homeless as everyone can see i choose to be homeless when my Family was taken from me. So if you drive by and happen to see, a homeless man just like me. Don't be afraid to talk to me, because you could be homeless just like me.

"... many families in need of government aid often have difficulty getting it as more and more obstacles are erected."

How can we as Vincentians help the needy to overcome these obstacles?

I just learned about this Vincentian Mobile Outreach Revolution. I'm not sure this program works. If you have any experience or thoughts on this program, I would like to hear them.
