The atmosphere is 4 stars, and the food is 3 stars.... Overall I was satisfied with my meal, but nothing truly wowed me. The waitress was pretty knowledgeable about the beer selection and had some decent recommends for the food menu also. The price point is a huge plus as I have seen other people posting about. The service was very fast and efficient and everyone appeared to like their job. That is always a plus. haha.

Never visit the Brea BJ'S again. Celebrating a twin family birthday.Shelia couldn't handle our party of 12 to overwhelming for her. Everything was late, cold or Luke warm. She brought 1 pazookie out and said the other one would be out in a minute. You don't do that on a twins birthday. Ice cream melted and had to sing happy birthday without their desserts being served/eaten at the same time. What a blow it. The twins are the ones that picked this restaurant, Oh well never again,

I was considering going to this BJ's location despite the negative reviews, but on the phone they were unprofessional. Not considering this location anymore.

This Brea location is the worst. Me and my husband wanted to have a nice lunch before I started my shift on a Sunday afternoon. When we arrived at the restaurant we were seated very quickly in between to other tables. Our waitress took our order and brought our appetizers in 15 min. A party of 10 sat behind us and the process was the same they got their appetizers 10-15 min after they ordered. Well our waitress informs us that she will be going on break and turns us over to a waiter and lets us know that our meal has been put in and should arrive shortly. 20-30 minutes later we notices the party of 10 behind us has received their meal. So we think ours will be next because we were here before them. NO, 45 MINUTES LATER we ask our waiter what is going on with our food?! He has not checked on us at all and says it should be here shortly he does not know what happened. The manager comes and tells us he talked to the cooks and they are making our food. We have been waiting well over 45 minutes because the party of 10 behind us was getting ready to leave! We are not going to wait another 15 so we ask to have our check and to forget about the food that is being cooked. All they did was apologize, charge us for one of the appetizers and gave us the other on the house? Worst experience ever!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BJS!

Good pizza, a bit greasy, but far superior to Dominos or Pizza Hut. What I really love at BJ's are the Pizookies. Freshly baked cookie, still piping hot topped with ice cream, my mouth is in heaven!
