First i worked w/ Ricky and then Harold at the used car center. Both were very helpful, honest, and upfront which is exactly what i was looking for. We tried for almost a month to get this 1 truck.... finally they made it happen. The GM, Asa, was very good to work with and he worked very hard to get this done for me. My family and I are very grateful to the James Wood team... one of the best car buying experiences Ive had. I just want to say THANK YOU to all who helped get this done for me... especially Asa. Great people at James Woods... Thx from the Bryans!

Thank you so much for the exceptional top notch service you provided to my family. My mom called me crying at 4:30pm the other day when the engine crapped out on their truck 1000 miles from home with a camper, dog, and my 8 year old son in tow. After a couple long days of driving, that could really make for a bad start to a summer vacation. Instead, my mom called me 4 hours later crying with excitement over how awesome her experience was with you guys. She was so over the moon with excitement and happiness that she couldn't remember what kind of truck she purchased! Hahaha! She said to me numerous times, "They are just the nicest people, Sammy". Having their camper towed to a nearby lot with water/power hook-up's goes well above and beyond. Standing out on the service drive awaiting their arrival goes above and beyond. Turning a seemingly catastrophic vacation event into an even better vacation goes above and beyond. My mom told me the next morning, after everything was finalized, that she cried when she said bye to her salesman, Danny and the sales manager Cecil, because they were just so nice. My son kept ranting and raving over how much fun he had with the experience as well, and is still ranting and raving over how much he loves the new truck! Thank you guys so much.

I found the car that I liked on the website, went to see it, test drove it, decided to buy it, worked out the financing and signed all the paperwork and drove it home the same afternoon. Quick and efficient service. No wasted time. I am very pleased with the quality of the service I received. Jennifer was top notch! Thanks again Jennifer!

On 10 Jun our old Silverado broke down 20 miles NW of Decatur. I texted my daughter, who works at a Chevy dealership in Crestview, FL. She then called us back a few minutes later with Cecil's name and phone number, however she also called Cecil and talked with him. He called my cell phone asked me where we were broken down. He sent a tow truck to pickup our truck and our pull RV. In the meantime Danny called me and said he would be helping us. Also to let him know if the wrecker did not show within 20 minutes. The wrecker company was nice enough to put our RV in their yard with electricity and water. They then took us on to your dealership. Danny was waiting outside for us! We walked inside and Cecil introduced himself. He told the us dealership would take care of everything. Service came over told us what was wrong with my truck. We told Danny we were just going to purchase a new truck. Danny took us around the yard showed us trucks. He knew we were on our way to CO from FL. Beau also helped. Between Danny and Beau they helped us decide what truck to purchase and gave us a great deal. Never in my life have I come across such excellent fabulous exceptional customer service. From the phone calls between my daughter and Cecil to Danny and Beau caring enough to get us through this trying time. Even your car rental and Service personnel. My wife and I do not have enough words to express how we feel. After we purchased our truck the next morning my wife was so grateful she hugged Danny and started crying. Danny called us on our way to CO just to make sure we were pleased with our purchase, and we are. My wife is telling everyone she meets about your dealership. Again, kudos to your dealership for making our stressful experience less stressful.

I wish I would've listened to people when they told me to avoid James Wood. I was young and they took advantage of my naive mindset. I have no grudge or misplaced anger towards them, I'm just appalled by how disingenuous a collection of people can be. I never missed a payment or paid late but yet when I asked for a timely diagnosis, I was told it would take 1 week... I'm 24 and after five years I'll finally be free!

Always use Mike Wickersham in Service Department because he greets me by name & always has a smile! Make it a point to buy all my vehicles in Wise County because I work there, but live in Denton.
