Aos 20 anos aprendeu a tocar violão usando emprestado o do irmão. Um ano depois, comprou o seu, após três meses dando aulas particulares de matemática. Nesse meio tempo, havia treinado bastante na escrita de poesias, de modo que não tardou a compor as primeiras canções. Foi convidado a participar da banda Blackout em Brasília. O grande marco em sua passagem pela banda foi a participação no concurso realizado no Oratório do Soldado, no Setor Militar Urbano de Brasília, onde ganharam o 1º lugar em interpretação e 3º lugar em composição em abril de 1992. Seguiu apenas compondo entre os períodos de 1992 a 1996, quando conheceu Marcelo Avelar, que abriu-lhe as portas para a música associada à computação. Começou a elaborar arranjos com o auxílio de softwares e resolveu apresentar-se para seus amigos em particular a fim de mostrar as músicas. Em junho de 1997, apresentou-se (juntamente com Marcelo) na programação cultural da UnB e no Colégio Militar de Brasília. Nesse mesmo ano, ingressou na banda Venturus Ventus. O repertório da banda incluíam músicas de sua autoria e do contra baixista Genilson Moura. O projeto encerrou-se no final daquele ano, deixando como saldo positivo um CD demo gravado com dez faixas inéditas e um trabalho que obteve reconhecimento local, com apresentações em espaços culturais e casas noturnas. As músicas da banda chegaram a tocar na Rádio Cultura FM de Brasília durante os anos de 1997/98. Em dezembro de 1997, mudou-se para Belém, dedicando-se à carreira solo e a um novo projeto. Resolveu, também, apostar na experiência inédita de cantar nas casas noturnas da cidade ao som de seu violão. Chegou a apresentar-se em alguns locais da noite e eventos em Belém entre 1998 e 2006 ("Sem Nome", "Pará Clube", "Academia Paraense de Letras", "confraternização-SEURB", "Praça Batista Campos", "Estação das Docas", "Palafita", Aeroporto Internacional de Belém, etc.). O grande marco dessa fase ocorreu em 2001, quando participou e venceu o 1º Festival da Canção em Homenagem a Santa Rita de Cássia. Outro fato marcante aconteceu em 2005, ao apresentar-se em uma casa noturna na cidade de Bordeaux, no Centro-Sul da França, chamada "Terra Brasilis". Em 2009, através da internet, conheceu os integrantes da banda Neurama, que procurava por um vocalista. A partir daí começaram os ensaios e surgiram algumas apresentações. Em 2010, apresentaram-se no projeto "Ensaio Aberto" no estúdio do Ná Figueiredo. Em novembro, participaram de um evento beneficente na Cidade Nova, uma maratona de rock envolvendo diversas bandas locais. Em abril de 2011, disputaram o desafio das bandas do mês, obtendo um honroso 3º lugar. Como legado em sua passagem pela banda, uma demo gravada com algumas canções do trio Pol/Maurel/Fabricio. Atualmente, dedica-se ao projeto solo, no qual os arranjos das suas composições são elaborados com o auxílio do computador, e publicação de sua obra na internet.
