I did it :)
Even though I managed to make myself busy pretty much every evening this week, star aligned right and I also managed to cook Ukrainian Christmas Borscht with Mushroom Dumplings. Of course it isn't 12th dishes on the table, but hey at least it tastes like Christmas.

Ingredients in this recipe for most part are the same as in meat stew with prunes and carrots, however for this one I suggest using pork loin – it is tender and much easier to slit flat to be able to roll it with stuffing.

:)
This it a traditional russian recipe for minced meat cutlets which includes meat, white bread soaked in milk and a lot of onions. Some people prepare those cutlets from beef only, some add a bit of pork or pork fat in them. I prefer just beef.

:) Add a universal neck and shoulders warmers to your office chair...
The set up comes with complementary neck and shoulder warmers to whoever actually uses the chair. PS. Please pardon the chair looks, it is pretty old and is being used by Stalone for climbing constantly, as you can probably imagine. Posted by Julia Volhina at 2:34 PM · Email ThisBlogThis!

Tiny thriller for you from Stalone... Enjoy :)
For me today's morning started with Stalone cries at about 5 am. By the time I woke up and got out of the bed, he quieted down probably in despair. I went to search for him: he wasn't in the sleeping room, where he usually is around 5am trying to wake us up. Neither was he in the kitchen, ...

One of my favorites
Another spring-envy salad, probably not as light as one would want, mostly because of mayo. But in this one I wouldn’t suggest to replacing mayo with sour cream or yoghurt.
