First and last time to visit. We waited for over 10 minutes for a server while all the booths around us had servers come and go and not one stopped to see if we had been helped. One even blatantly ignored us. As we walked out the girl who had just seated us said have a good day, did she not remember we had just walked in? Restaurant was maybe half full at best. The look on the hostesses face said it all when I stated we were going to find a different place to eat because nobody here wanted to wait on us. Very disappointed!

The salad tasted like dirt. The bread and oil was not to my liking. I'd rather eat McDonald's

Ordered steak missing toppings and was luke warm. Not like it used to be but that is what is becoming of food industry.Quality of steak was terrible and not worth the price, all food was overly salty. Get better service and a meal at Five Guys Burger.

My family and I did not like this location at all. My daughter ordered the kids spaghetti and it smelled so weird when they bought it over to the table I almost vomited,(I am pregnant) so I wrote it off as one of those crazy smells during pregnancy, but when we got home my 6 yr old daughter ran to the bathroom and began vomiting. She had gotten food poisoning. My fiancé and I ordered the same thing, the shrimp and scallops, we choose to have pasta with Alfredo sauce as our side, it was DISGUSTING!!! Our pasta was dry and the breeding on our shrimp and scallops was wet and falling off, and the portion size was made for a child. I used to go to visit this restaurant a lot when I was younger with my mother and siblings and it has changed a lot, the menu is very short and overpriced as well. I suggest just going to Olive Garden. The food is ALWAYS good and they have many drink choices as well as menu items to choose from.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Carrabba's. I had a large group of people (15), many of them driving in from out of town, for a birthday dinner. Because there were so many in our party and we were meeting on a Saturday, I made sure to make a reservation at least five days in advance and was told it would be no problem. When I arrived at Carrabba's a few minutes before our reservation (5pm), I was met by others from our party who had arrived even earlier and been informed there was a 30 minute wait, regardless of our reservation. When we asked the staff why fifteen people, including a few small children, and adults carrying gifts would need to wait in the already crowded waiting area only to be treated as inconvenient obstacles by the wait staff passing through with trays of food or other patrons sitting at the bar, we were informed that there was another large party with a reservation for 5 pm, who arrived before we did. So, regardless of the fact that we had a reservation and were on time, we still had to wait for what was ultimately, "only" 20 minutes. If I had been informed that it was a race to get there before anyone else who might have a reservation at the same time, I would have arrived an hour in advance to save everyone else in my party the wholly avoidable inconvenience.

Very good shrimps and scallops salad. Liked seeing the cookers behind the bar ands the wood grilled food. However, how can an Italian restaurant serve tiramisu like this?? It has nothing of a tiramisu... Chief must go at least once in Italia! Please have a look to the recipe on Google.

The food was decent at best...overpriced, and some of the menu items are misleading, like the Mezzaluna with chicken. Apparently the chicken is on the inside, but you really don't taste that. Also, the menu is terribly limited ...and expensive. Aside from that, the oil and herbs with the bread was spectacular.
