This was an incredible experience, a must visit when in Dublin. A huge learning center for the making of the brew, very fascinating and interesting. I am so glad we took the tour, Yes you get a glass of Guinness complimentary, you also get the opportunity to have hands on experience learning how to pour the perfect glass yourself. This place was beyond excellent.

Really excellent way to spend a couple of hours in the city. The storehouse is one of the stops on the hop on-hop off bus tours. After a short queue for entry (about 10 minutes) we were whisked in and the tour was excellent. It's self guided so you can go at your own pace so you can learn all about the process, the history and the advertising behind Guiness. The skybar caps off the tour where you can enjoy a pint with some breathtaking scenery all around. Thoroughly enjoyed. Little tip: If your planning on doing the bus tour (you should by the way) some of the operators do a combo ticket with the storehouse which will save you about €8 per person. Well worth it.

Tourist trap but a fun, educational and tasty one. The gravity bar is cool, but naturally it's packed so good luck if you want a seat near the window. Buy your tickets online to avoid the line in for general admission.

Great place to visit. You get a voucher for a free pint of Guinness. However, you can choose to use this half way round the tour learning "how to pour the perfect Guinness", or you can use it at the end in the bar on the roof. The latter is better because you can see views of Dublin from the bar. I imagine this is really good at dusk. Also, they won't let you buy any more Guinness on the rooftop bar, you can only drink your free pint and that is it (this is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5).

I absolutely love this place, and I might even say that this place is the reason why I am a huge fan of the Guinness brand and more importantly the beer. I was a bit skeptical at first of buying a ticket here, but all my co-workers convinced me to check-it out while I was in town. So I took the trip, it was along the route on the Hop On Hop Off bus. I went in and the self-guided tour was amazing! I learned so much about the history and it built up the excitement around getting my Guiness. You have the choice to either have your beer poured for you at the top or to pour it yourself. It's alot more fun to pour it yourself as you get a little certificate with your name at the end of it! Whichever you choose you get to end your tour at the top of the Guinness Storehouse! Which has AMAZING views of the beautiful city of Dublin! Loved it here and I'll always be coming back to check it out whenever I visit again

I can see that most people gave 4 or 5 stars. For me it was somewhat disappointing. Maybe I just expected to much. You will not see a single view of the real production. The setup is good but for me far too commercial. Not worth the 18 euros. The beer however is absolutely great.

If you like Guinness, grab a pint at the closest bar to your hotel and light €18 on fire. This overblown gift shop gives you nothing more than a variety of Guinness ads and the feeling that you may be hit in the face by a selfie-stick at any moment. The view from the top-level bar is nice though.

Fascinating and informative tour of the Guinness brewery. As interesting as the production is, the history behind the man is way more intoxicating. Definitely get something to eat at the restaurant. It's way better than you'd ever expect at any museum.
