President Ender announced today that GRCC's new Laboratory Preschool would be named for Phyllis Fratzke, who created both the child development program and the preschool. The Music Center will be renamed for Albert P. Smith. During his tenure, Grand Rapids Junior College became one of the first junior colleges to be accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music.
