Tune into this Google Hangout to learn more about the Big Data Climate Challenge. We will answer questions and share helpful information for participants.

The Big Data Climate Challenge is hosted by United Nations Global Pulse, an innovation initiative of United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon exploring how Big Data can be applied to global development and humanitarian issues. Global Pulse launched the Challenge as part of the Secretary-General’s Climate Summit, taking place on 23 September 2014 at UN Headquarters in New York.

The Big Data Climate Challenge seeks published or implemented projects that use Big Data to show the real world impacts of climate change. Project submissions are due on 30 June 2014.
