Great Pond Winter Walk

CELT Beak Buffet
Linden, our CELT educator, came to our classroom today to teach about bird beak adaptations.  She brought six different interactive centers for the kids to experience why birds have certain beaks.  Ask your child to tell you all about it!

Persuasive Writing
We kicked off our Opinion writing unit today by bringing in our collections from home.  Each child had to choose their best object, then give at least two reasons for choosing that object, and then out it all in writing.
