Happy Friday! What are your weekend plans? Mine will include staying warm being that it is 10 degrees outside with the wind chill making it feel like -6! No bueno! I'm so excited to share this video with you all. I shot it back in October 2014, but it was just released last night. What do you crave? Great info in this video from GMA. Decoding cravings is something that I work on with my clients to help them find healthier alternatives while still giving their body what it needs. For me, chocolate was a big one, until I started supplementing with Magnesium. Good Morning Family! I am all healed up and will be back at it today. A couple days of rest, good nutrition and some alternative therapies has got me back up and running in a short amount of time. Our bodies truly are amazing and are made t...o repair and recover if we just support them properly. This is true for everything from common colds to injuries to chronic health conditions. If you are suffering from any kind of aches/pains or are taking daily medications, consider changing your diet to help your body do what it was made to. Happy Sunday! I love this for a couple of reasons. 1. These ladies are just AWESOME! If you've ever tried yoga, then you know that even the simplest looking poses require strength and flexibilit...y. Truly, I need to up my game smile emoticon 2. We often hear people talk about how it's never too late to start, especially on the motivation scene. But this is a great reminder that it's never too early to start either. You don't have to be a certain size or even have 4 perfectly functioning limbs to put on workout clothes, sign up for an exercise class, show up at the gym or just get outside (or inside) and start moving.
